The Opportunity
As a Minneapolis Assurance Senior Associate - Health Industries, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating compliance with regulations, assessing governance, and risk management processes. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, enhancing the credibility and reliability of information for various stakeholders. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate increasingly complex situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.
In this role, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether financial statements are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error. You will issue auditor reports that include your professional opinion, contributing to the integrity of financial information. Your work will involve using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, and upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers a chance to deepen your skills and understanding of the business context, making a significant impact within the Health Industries sector.

At least a Bachelor's degreeAt least 2 years of experienceBefore starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment.What Sets You Apart
Preference for a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: AccountingAt least one of the following: Current pursuit of or an active CPA licenseDemonstrating proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting StandardsUtilizing auditing methodologies to enhance client service engagementsExcelling in data analysis and interpretation for informed decision-makingNavigating complex financial transactions within the health industries sectorDeveloping insights through critical thinking and problem-solving skillsThe salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
