We’relooking for a motivated and detail-orientedMotorClaims Officer to join our team. In this role,you’llmanage a portfolio of specialised motor claims involving heavy vehicles including Farm Machinery —delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers and stakeholders.

The Opportunity

In this role,AsMotorClaims Officer,you’llbe responsible formanaging end-to-end claims across heavy motor risks.You’llwork closely with customers, brokers, repairers, and external partners to ensure claims are resolved efficiently, fairly, and in line with policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of heavy haulage and commercial motor claims from lodgement through to settlement

• Assess claims in line with policy coverage, liability, and compliance requirements

• Liaise with customers, brokers, assessors, repairers, and external suppliers

• Coordinate inspections and quotes for heavy vehicles, trailers, and specialised equipment

• Negotiate settlements and drive cost-effective outcomes

• Identifypotential risks, fraud indicators, or recovery opportunities

• Maintainaccuraterecords and provide clear,timelycommunication to stakeholders

About You

• We'relooking for a motor claims professional who understands the industry and shares a passion for it. Experience in heavy haulage, commercial motor, or fleet claims is highly regarded, and truck or heavy vehicle enthusiasts are encouraged to apply.

• understanding of claims processes, liability, and policy interpretation

• Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• Solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to prioritise and manage a varied caseload effectively

• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
