Job Summary
The National Sales Manager for ADx-India/South Asia will be responsible for leading and developing the sales strategy and execution for OXYNEXIS PRIVATE LIMITED's advanced diagnostics (ADx) portfolio across India and the South Asia region. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships within the diagnostic sector.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for ADx products in India and South Asia.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, including setting performance objectives, conducting regular reviews, and providing coaching and training.
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand OXYNEXIS PRIVATE LIMITED's presence and market share.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and product offerings effectively.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, distributors, and major healthcare institutions.
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses to senior management.
Manage sales budgets and resources effectively to optimize profitability.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biotechnology, Engineering, Microbiology, Clinical Pathology) or Business Administration; an MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive sales experience in the medical diagnostics industry, with at least 5 years in a national or regional sales management role.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex, competitive markets.
In-depth knowledge of the advanced diagnostics market, including molecular diagnostics, immunoassays, and clinical laboratory operations.
Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, regulatory environment, and purchasing processes in India and South Asia.
Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
