Netflix House Show Role - One Piece: Marine

Netflix is a global entertainment service offering TV series, films, and games worldwide. Netflix House provides immersive fan experiences at permanent venues. The role of Attractions Crew Member (Show) involves bringing Netflix worlds to life through in-character performances, fan interactions, and operational support.

The Role

Perform as a Marine character in the One Piece: Quest for the Devil Fruit attraction, guiding guests and providing an engaging experience with high energy and strong projection. Responsibilities include acting in scripted roles, interacting with fans, ensuring guest flow, scanning tickets, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform specific in-world roles, including scripted and improvisational parts.
• Deliver best-in-class service adhering to intellectual property requirements.
• Serve as a Netflix Ambassador to enhance fandom and engagement.
• Execute Standard Operating Procedures, including emergency protocols.
• Foster a culture of safety and perform additional assigned duties.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand atop a crate repeatedly.
• Experience in immersive experiences, theatrical productions, or show-based attractions.
• Knowledge of creative excellence and show quality processes.
• Commitment to consistency, script adherence, and timing.
• Familiarity with Netflix platform and shows.
• Teamwork, problem-solving skills, strong customer service, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn health and safety protocols and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
