The role of Attractions Crew Member (Show) - Professor Noctura is part of the Wednesday: Eve of the Outcasts attraction. This character is an eccentric genius who engages guests with narrative moments and improvised interactions, enhancing the immersive environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform scripted in-character roles and ad-hoc fan interactions within the attraction experience.
- Provide excellent guest service, including ticket scanning and guest flow management.
- Act as a Netflix Ambassador to promote fan engagement.
- Execute Standard Operating Procedures and maintain safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team in a high-volume immersive environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Ability to safely stand atop crates during performance.
- Experience in theatrical productions, immersive experiences, or show-based attractions.
- Knowledge of creative excellence and show quality standards.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with Netflix content and platform preferred.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to learn environmental, health, and safety protocols.
