Centuries of wonder fill our walls, letting you trace the history of the city from the Baroque era to the neoclassical to modern day. Four Seasons Hotel Prague has a unique location, consists of three historical buildings connected to a new construction, has 157 rooms including 19 suites.

About the Role

As a Night Supervisor, you will lead overnight housekeeping operations, ensuring all public and back-of-house areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will supervise the night cleaning team, coordinate daily tasks, and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead and supervise the Night Cleaning team during overnight operations
• Plan and assign daily cleaning tasks based on operational needs and business levels
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure team readiness for the shift
• Inspect public areas, back-of-house spaces, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure efficient and quality work
• Ensure all equipment is properly used, cleaned, and stored after use
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and housekeeping facilities
• Coordinate with Housekeeping leadership on priorities and outstanding tasks
• Report any maintenance, operational issues, or team concerns through proper channels
• Support periodic deep cleaning and scheduled maintenance tasks

What You Bring

• Previous experience in Housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage overnight operations
• Professional attitude with reliability and flexibility

• Full-time position.
• Expected schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts.
