Job Title: Offer Industrialization Leader (OIL) - Data Centre Cooling
Position Summary
The Offer Industrialization Leader bridges the gap between R&D and Mass Production for critical cooling infrastructure (including Chiller, CDU, and CRAH/CRAC units). This role ensures that complex thermal and mechanical designs are seamlessly translated into scalable, robust, and cost-effective manufacturing processes, delivering high-quality, factory-ready cooling solutions on time and at target cost.
Core Responsibilities
- HVAC Design for Excellence (DfX): Lead Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Assembly (DFA) reviews for large-scale cooling units. Focus on optimizing sheet metal fabrication, structural welding, copper piping/brazing networks, and electrical cabinet routing.
- Industrial Process & Tooling Design: Define and implement the end-to-end industrial architecture, including assembly line layout, specialized lifting/handling equipment for heavy equipment, vacuum/leak testing stations, and final performance run-test chambers.
- Cost & CAPEX Management: Own the industrialization budget (CAPEX/OPEX). Drive material productivity and component optimization to hit target recurring product costs.
- Risk & Quality Mitigation: Own and execute Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to mitigate risks specific to HVAC assembly, such as structural misalignments, electrical faults, and refrigerant/coolant loop leakage.
- Supply Chain & Factory Handover: Coordinate with procurement and supplier quality teams to industrialize local components. Lead the final Production Readiness Review (PRR) to hand over a stable, high-yield process to global factory operations.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in NPI, process engineering, or factory industrialization specifically within the HVAC, industrial cooling, or heavy electromechanical manufacturing sector.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of metal fabrication, automated welding/brazing, refrigerant handling/charging processes, and automated end-of-line testing. Proficient in Lean Manufacturing, APQP, and PFMEA.
- Project Management: Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Procurement, Operations) in a matrix environment to clear rigorous stage-gate governance
