We are hiring for 2 roles:

• Full-time Entry-level Consultants

• Project Analysts- a 12- month programdesigned to build consulting capabilities through hands-on project experience and exposure to Oliver Wyman’s work

Our Jakarta Entry-level positions are open to applicants graduating from universities as well as those with up to 4 years of work experience.

We look for team players who display initiative, intuition, and creativity with a strong problem solving and analytical mindset.

We do notrequirespecific academic majors or industry experience and look for diversity of experience and skills. We value extracurricular activities and evidence of leading an interesting and impactful life outside of your studies.

Language requirements:Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesian (written and spoken)isrequiredfor positions in the Jakarta office. Other highly desirable languages for all Asia Pacific officesinclude:Japanese, Mandarin, Malay,Thaiand Vietnamese.
