The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a On-CallLobby AmbassadorHotel / Security Officerto join our Securityteam. The primary responsibility will be ensuring that guests are organized and adhere to reservation protocols while waiting for entry, particularly during busy peak hours. The ideal candidate must be proficient with computers, able to use an electronic reservation system to verify guest bookings, and maintain a smooth, orderly line. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as this role involves interacting with guests and ensuring a positive experience while enforcing entry guidelines.
What you will do:
Manage and direct guest lines to maintain an orderly flow.
Use an electronic reservation system to verify guest access and booking details.
Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests in a polite and professional manner.
Enforce entry policies and dress codes while ensuring the safety of all guests.
Remain calm and efficient during busy peak times to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
What you bring:
The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.
Proficiency with computers and electronic reservation systems.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact courteously with guests.
Ability to maintain order and manage high-traffic periods.
Prior security or customer service experience is a plus.
