About the role:
This is a dynamic rolewithin the People & Culture office that supports the: Assistant Director and Director of P&C, Learning and DevelopmentManager,and Talent Acquisition Manager.
This roleprovideshands-onexperienceinelevatingthe employeeexperience byinteractively engaging withseasonalemployeesliving in onsite housingandliaisonfor employeesrelocatingto Vail Valley. As the main point ofcontact,creating structure andpromotingprocedures tocreateapositivereport with applicants, new hires, and seasonal talents on their journey to work with us and live in Vail.
Thesecond major function of this roleisto be the onsite Talent Acquisition Coordinatorassistingthe remote Talent Acquisition Managerwithday-to-day onsite recruiting activities,Workday management, and administrativesupport.
What you will do:
Employee Housing
Elevate the pre-arrival experience for all employees.
Plan and execute a seamless new hire arrival process, onboarding, off boarding and transfer process to include pre-arrival communicationand housing coordination.
Prepare roomsfor the arrival ofnewemployees. Ensure par stock and the condition of the room are up to the required standards.
Create a welcome care package to be placed inroomsfor new arrivals.
Maintain and track occupancy by type of employees and type of housing. Updateandmaintainaccurateemployee records andassistwith reporting to include housing rent payments and deposit refunds.
Update spreadsheet with transportation schedule for arrivals to staff housing, makeappropriate housekeepingand reservation requestsin Opera.
Responsible for the cleanliness of Staff Housing through regularscheduled roomchecks and Laundry Roommonitoring.
Coordinatewith Engineering for related issues such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, AC issues, all maintenance requests put throughHotSosandfollowedup on.
Conduct room inspections for departureemployeeto ensure all equipment androomsare returned ingood andworkingcondition, nodamagesinany part of the room.
Plan and organize the yearly social calendar for the staff in Employee Housing.
Plan and execute regular employee events and gatherings that are diverse,inclusiveand meaningful. With special programming for staff living in housing.
Assistemployeesrelocatingto Vailwith housing options and relocation guidance. Updating Relocation Guide with helpful relevant information.
Talent Acquisition
Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with day-to-dayonsiterecruiting activitiesand Workday management.
Assistsin the full cycle recruitment process, including posting andmaintainingjob requisitions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, reference checks,coordinating joboffers, sending/processingnew hirepaperwork, hiring into Workday, and recruitment tracking.
Screen resumes andassistswithinitialcandidate outreach.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure all candidate records and requisitions are accuratelymaintainedin Workday.
Assistin tracking applicant flow on data tracking sheet.
Assistsin the visa process by gathering documents, creating organizationalchartsand updating candidate communications.
Help create a smooth, positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring processby trackingwhere in the processthey are and ensuringtimelycommunication flow.
Carry out administrative activities related to TA, such as data entry, reporting, copying, sending emails andanswerphones according to Four Seasons standards.
Weekly meetings withTAManager to review the needs of onsite operation.
Point person for walk ins or recruitment inquiries.
Coordinates withP&C team for local community and State university/collegepresentationsandrecruitment fairs.
Talent Acquisition Branding
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager tocreateand produce high-impact digital content (text, photography, and video) for recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and social media.
Contribute fresh, innovative ideas to enhance our employer branding strategy.
Ensure consistent visibility of the Talent Acquisition function bymaintaininga strong presence across internal communication platforms and external channels (LinkedIn).
Actively engage with ourtalentcommunity and wider audiencethrough posting and sourcing new job boards and channels in collaboration with TA Manager.
P&C Support
Exhibit aprofessional,approachable demeanorat all timesas they are the first point of contact for employees and applicants in the P&C office.
Support the team through manyfacetsof People and Culture, including but not limited to: HR systems administration and records management (Workday), recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee events,complianceand various reporting and administrative duties.
Assistinexecutingtheemployeeexperience strategy.
What you bring:
2 years of administrative experience, preferably within People & Culture / Human Resources.
High levelof professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Highproficiencywith Microsoft Office, Canva, Forms, Engageand have working knowledge of HRISor similarsystems.
Exceptional organization and detail oriented, with an unmatched ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff.
Ability to work independently, takeinitiativeand use good judgment.
Possessa high levelof emotional intelligence coupled with excellent communication.
Experience working in ahotel and/orhospitality experience preferred.
Fluency in English isrequiredfor thislocationand this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time, non-exempt,hourlyposition.
A successful candidate will have the ability to work Monday through Friday and Holidays and weekends as needed based on employee events.
