All About Our Supply Chain Operations Internship
This paid, 40-hr/week hands-on training is designed to prepare interns for operations leadership at Target Supply Chain Facilities. Interns will lead teams, understand supply chain operations, support daily operations, and learn leadership, motivation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies. A mentor-guided experience includes leading a mentor's work center, developmental conversations, and extensive training.
Typical responsibilities include leading on the floor, maintaining quality and accuracy, tracking KPIs (safety, teamwork, productivity), conducting process improvements using CI tools, coordinating IT operations, recruiting and mentoring, leading meetings, conducting audits and safety walks, coaching performance, and promoting an inclusive, safe culture. Interns will gain broad business acumen and leadership skills.
