The Lead of Operations Quality & Performance will support the ongoing growth and sustainability of GOAT Groups quality performance program. They will work directly for the Manager of Operations Quality & Performance to ensure the quality performance program is maintained, optimized, and consistently adhered to across our global warehouse network. These efforts will play a critical role in improving operational excellence and providing a world-class customer experience. The Lead will also have an immense impact on our cost of poor quality, directly impacting profitability.
The Lead of Operations Quality & Performance will be required to work on-site every day in our local warehouse.
