Team/Role Overview:
Bank Network Management (BNM) is part of the Services, Markets, Banking & International and Client (SMB&IC) Operations Division. BNM provides best in class banking services to our business partners and clients, while strengthening regulatory compliance, governance, and control over Citi owned bank accounts. BNM global functions include: Relationship Management, Regulatory, Bank Expense Optimization, Bank Signatory Management (BSM), Agent Bank Risk and Data & Technology Management.
The Data & Technology Management function is responsible for ensuring oversight and delivery of processes and practices across the BNM organization, ensuring robust governance framework, stakeholder management, partnering within the organization, working with Risk & Controls and second line of defense. The Data & Technology Management team is the technology authority for BNM, drives the Data management program and internal reporting.
The Data expert role, plays a critical leadership role within the Data & Technology Management team, driving strategic initiatives to ensure robust data management, governance, and reporting capabilities across BNM. This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of data policies, optimizing data processes, and providing insightful, high-level reporting to senior management, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal and external regulations.
