As a Senior Manager, you will partner with clients to manage risk associated with their use of technology, develop strategies to solve complex business problems, and foster lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities and expectations include:
- Designing scalable Oracle Cloud EPM architectures aligned with business goals.
- Staying current with Oracle Cloud EPM trends and developments.
- Building strong client relationships and providing exceptional experiences.
- Project management, team leadership, and fostering positive team culture.
- Mentoring and developing team members and contributing to training initiatives.
- Contributing to client proposals and business development strategies.
- Identifying opportunities for integrating product solutions to improve client services.
- Managing diverse client portfolios across multiple industries.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 7 years in professional services or related industry; real estate or financial services experience is a plus.
- Experience with four end-to-end Oracle EPM cloud implementations across EPBS, FCCS, ARCS, and NR products.
- Deep functional knowledge of financial processes and EPM functionality including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, workforce and capex planning, consolidation methods.
- Expertise in custom integrations using EPM Data Integration, Groovy Business Rules, and automation tools.
- Strong leadership experience, including mentoring, performance appraisals, and team coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Preferred certifications: CPA, Oracle EPM Cloud Certifications, Oracle Certified Implementation Professional.
Workplace: Protiviti practices a hybrid work model combining in-person and remote work, with some client-site travel.
Compensation: Annual salary range of $134,000 - $215,000 plus 14% bonus target opportunity, resulting in total cash range estimated at $152,760 - $245,100.
