Order Management Specialist

The opportunity

Reporting toour Market Manager forIreland,theOrderManagementSpecialistwillhelpto shapeourcustomer experience by supporting the smooth andaccurateprocessing of orders, from confirmation through to delivery.

This position is based at our Dublin Office in Liffey Valley.

This entry‑level position works closely with sales,logistics,supply chain teams,vendors,and customerscontributing to the effective management of orders,timelyresolution of queries, and the delivery of consistent service standards.

How you’ll make an impact

• Ensuretimelyrelease of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction.

• Monitor and resolve order issues andprocesserrors.

• Act as the point of contact for clientswith queries, quotes, order processing.

• Work withthe SupplyChain team on ordermanagementand shipping support.

• Prepare dispatch and shipping documentation for customers, qualify payments.

• Enter orders into SAP andmaintainorder databases.

• Create purchase orders for suppliers and internal work orders.

• Work with wider Sales and Project

Your background

• Previousexperience in a Customer Service/Administrative/Order Processing environment desired, notessential

• A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy

• The ability to communicate effectively, over the phone, via email and face to face

• Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook,Wordand Excel desired
