About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Organ Health Specialist (OHS) Abdominal Transplant to join our rapidly growing Organ Health Sales team. In this role, you won't just be managing a territoryyou will be championing a shift in how transplant patients are cared for across the Deep South and Delta regions.

By cultivating deep clinical relationships with transplant centers, nephrologists, and surgeons, you will drive the adoption of our cutting-edge diagnostic and genetic testing portfolios. Primary Responsibilities

• Drive Market Adoption: Exceed regional sales goals by integrating Prospera and Renasight into the standard protocol of leading transplant centers and academic medical institutions across the territory.

• Demonstrate Strategic Agility: Develop and execute >Engage as a Critical Thinker: Analyze complex account workflows, billing hurdles, and clinical barriers within major transplant centers to deliver tailored, solution-oriented presentations to high-level decision-makers.

• Leverage Clinical Credibility: Serve as a trusted scientific partner, educating key stakeholders on the clinical utility, data, and health economics behind our genetic testing solutions.

• Cultivate KOLs: Identify, build, and maintain meaningful partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the abdominal transplant space to amplify Natera's clinical presence.

• Collaborate Cross-Functional: Work seamlessly with internal clinical teams, medical science liaisons (MSLs), and managed care to ensure seamless onboarding and a world-class client experience.

Qualifications & Ideal Profile

• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience required.

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of progressive, high-performance sales experience.

• Industry Focus: A proven track record in transplant diagnostics, transplant therapeutics (specialty pharma), or advanced laboratory-developed tests (LDTs).

• Core Competencies: Proven critical thinkers with a track record of solving complex clinical and logistical sales challenges. Must exhibit the strategic agility required to manage a diverse, multi-state geography with varying institutional protocols.

• Network: Existing, verifiable relationships with transplant surgeons, nephrologists, or coordinators within GA, MS, AL, AR, TN, or LA is highly preferred.

• Product Launch Excellence: Demonstrated experience successfully launching novel clinical products and building brand loyalty in a highly competitive market.

Work Environment & Travel

• This is a field-based, remote position requiring significant travel (34 days per week) to effectively cover transplant centers throughout the multi-state region.

• Must be comfortable with flexible hours, including occasional evenings for educational dinners or weekend travel for regional medical congresses.

Primary Responsibilities:

As an Organ Health Specialist Abdominal Transplant, you will drive sales and adoption of Prospera, a non-invasive blood test for transplant patients. This role focuses on transplant centers, where the OHS will engage with transplant specialists, and key decision-makers to integrate Prospera into clinical practice.

In addition to Prospera you will also promote Renasight, a genetic test that identifies potential genetic causes of kidney disease and assesses hereditary risks. • Represent the company with professionalism and technical expertise, staying up to date on advancements in genetic testing, laboratory diagnostics, and the transplant landscape.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally in lab-developed tests, diagnostics, or transplant-related specialties.
• Deep understanding of transplant settings or similar specialty medicine.
• Existing relationships with KOLs in transplant or similar fields preferred.
• Proven track record of closing deals, driving growth, and building strong client relationships.
• Experience launching new products and building a brand in the transplant market.
• Comfortable in a startup-like setting with strong initiative, self-motivation, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative, independent approach to overcoming challenges.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment & Travel:

• Remote role with field-based responsibilities requiring 3-4 days of travel per week.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Position requires frequent use of a computer, phone, and digital communication tools to interact with clients and internal teams.

The total On Target Earnings (OTE) offers a competitive base salary and uncapped quarterly commissions. In addition we also offer a car allowance, and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
