
Job Summary
The OSS (One Shared Service) Planning Trainee provides operational planning support across multiple accounts in the shared service environment, including Torres, Memphis, TN, and Kentucky sites. The role focuses on assisting planning teams with scheduling, material tracking, and execution support, while providing flexible coverage for customers such as J&J, Amazon, Toshiba, and others. This position offers hands-on learning opportunities in a professional planning environment while supporting daily operational continuity.
Provide day-to-day operational planning support, assisting planning teams across multiple accounts.
Support material tracking, scheduling, and coordination to ensure smooth execution of planning activities.
Monitor and update status reports, logs, and planning tools to maintain visibility of operational activities.
Assist in cross-functional coordination, participating in calls and updates as required.
Offer coverage and assistance across different planning departments to ensure continuity and responsiveness.
Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the shared service team.
This role does not have direct management responsibilities.
Reports to the OSS Planning Supervisor.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data management, and basic analysis.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
Experience or familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is a plus (SAP preferred).
Valid passport and U.S. visa are very desirable but not mandatory.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and locations.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate program in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
Must have an active school agreement with the company and be currently enrolled in studies, with availability to complete a 6-month internship period.

Hybrid work arrangement (Jabil office and remote/home office flexibility).
Standard work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (CUU Time)
