Acclaimed chef Nancy Silverton is known for Los Angeles eateries such as Michelin-starred Osteria Mozza, Pizzeria Mozza andchiSPACCA. Signature dishes include Nancy’s Caesar, Ricotta & Egg Raviolo, Grilled Hamachi Spiedino and Alla Benno pizza featuring pineapple in a nod to Lanai’s heritage. Salads will feature freshlettucesfrom nearby Sensei Farms while pasta is made with local eggs, producing a uniquely rich fresh pasta dough. Breakfast specials include Smoked SalmonCrostone, SourdoughWafflesand Eggs inPurgator.
WHAT YOU’LLDO
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager oversees the daily outlet operations, ensuring exceptional service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Thisroleassistswith labor management, budgeting, staff supervision, and adherence to service standards while supporting profitabilityandmaintainingcompany expectations.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Recruit, develop, and lead departmental employees and supervisors by setting clear expectations, fostering ahigh‑performanceculture, and ensuring consistent adherence toestablishedservice, cultural, and operational standards while supporting daily outlet planning and execution
Deliver standout guest experiences through a dynamic floor presence, engaging personally with guests,anticipatingneeds, resolving concerns in real time
Drive strong, cohesive operations through confident, proactive communication, aligning Front‑andBack‑of‑Houseteams while collaborating closelywith other departments, and especiallyCulinaryleadershipformenu offerings and specials to ensure consistent execution and team success
Optimizelabor and operating performance by implementing strategic scheduling, disciplined budgeting, informed purchasing decisions, robust inventory controls, and effectivecost‑managementprocesses to support operational efficiency and profitability

WHAT TOBRING
Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in United States (unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at another Four Seasons location as they may qualify for a L-1 Visa sponsorship)
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours adayand scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability isrequired.
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card and Hawaii Food Handler’s Card
Hawaii Maui County Liquor Cardrequiredfor this role
Ability to stand for extended periods,lift upto 50lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
Customer‑focused,detail‑orientedleader with proventeam‑buildingand coaching skills, whomaintainscomposure and professionalism infast‑paced,high‑volumeenvironments while effectively leading teams and executing service standards
Proficient in restaurant management software, POS systems, and basic accounting/financial tools
Prior experience in a leadership role within luxury Food & Beverage orfull‑servicerestaurant operations preferred
