• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling/canceling client meetings.
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with transactions, opening accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on utilizing technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices like ATMs and vaults.
