We're looking for friendly, energetic team members to join us as part-time crew members and lube technicians. No experience is required as full training is provided to perform oil changes, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill air in tires, and other light maintenance services. Successful team members come from varied backgrounds including service and skilled trades.

Compensation includes up to $15/hr base pay plus commissions, paid weekly, with opportunities for advancement; over 90% of shop managers started as lube techs. Perks include part-time schedules, weekly pay, competitive base rates with bonuses, and free oil changes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3 deep pit safely
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform hand activities for extended periods
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop
