The Participation Analyst supports the development, execution, and optimization of reinsurance and participation programs across the Global Automotive segment. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver technical insights, manage data and reporting, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance and client satisfaction.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Reinsurance & Participation Program Support
- Assist in the setup, modification, and administration of reinsurance and participation structures.
- Provide analytical support for proformas, profitability reviews, and dealer loans.
- Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, accounting, and IT teams to launch and manage client programs.
- Maintain compliance with broker-dealer requirements and support internal controls.
Client Consulting & Optimization
- Partner with sales and field teams to win new business and expand existing relationships.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to improve client performance and mitigate risk.
- Monitor key account results and suggest strategic changes as needed.
- Support channel and cross-functional initiatives.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and enhance reporting tools using Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and timely delivery of performance metrics.
Process Improvement & Innovation
- Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the development of new participation models and strategic roadmaps.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline operations.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience with reinsurance, captives, and participation structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
- Experience in the automotive or insurance industry.
- Proficiency in data tools (Power BI, SQL) is a plus.
- Familiarity with wealth development accounting and client consulting.
- Previous Salesforce experience.

Pay Range: $63,400.00 - $105,800.00
