About the Role
The Patient Services Clerk (PSC) provides crucial administrative support and reception duties within a busy Emergency Department. You will use your excellent customer-service skills inhandling patient enquires, via telephone and in person, in an efficient, courteous and helpful manner. A key component of the role is ensuring patient confidentiality is preserved at all times.
The classification for this position will be HS1 - HS17 ($58,442 - $64,610 per annum pro rata)
