What you’ll own
As our Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring every detail behind payroll and benefits is handled with precision and care. From numbers to people, compliance to experience — your impact will be visible every single month.
You will:
🔹 Run end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy and confidence
🔹 Keep employee data clean, compliant, and audit-ready
🔹 Manage benefits programs and collaborate with external providers
🔹 Support employees with clarity and responsiveness on payroll-related topics
🔹 Ensure alignment with labor law, tax regulations, and internal policies
🔹 Own reporting obligations (tax, social security, insurance, etc.)
🔹 Play a key role in onboarding, offboarding, and continuous improvement
What you bring
You’re not just detail-oriented — you’re detail-driven.
✔️ 3+ years of experience in payroll processing
✔️ Solid understanding of labor law and payroll compliance
✔️ Comfort working with HRIS and payroll systems
✔️ Strong numerical accuracy (you spot what others miss)
✔️ Advanced organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
