As our Enablement Manager within the PEAK team, you will act as the strategic connector and operational catalyst driving education, certification, and knowledge adoption across Everpures global Customer Experience (CX) ecosystem. Thriving at the intersection of programmatic strategy and creative marketing, your core purpose is to design and personally execute go-to-market strategies that maximize engagement with our learning solutions. You will navigate ambiguity to build repeatable enablement structures, partnering cross-functionally with global delivery teams and enterprise Marketing to accelerate internal readiness and customer value. By translating technical training roadmaps into intuitive, high-visibility campaigns, you will directly influence team effectiveness and organizational scale.
Work Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Utah, North Carolina or Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpures policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
