The Cook Children’s Heart Center is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and collaborative General Pediatric Cardiologist to join our growing and nationally recognized pediatric cardiovascular program in Fort Worth, Texas.
Qualified candidates must have completed an accredited Pediatric Cardiology fellowship and be board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Cardiology. Applicants must also be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience in both inpatient and outpatient pediatric cardiology and demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment.
The Cook Children’s Heart Center offers a comprehensive and highly collaborative cardiovascular program with a strong culture of innovation and clinical integration. Our physician team includes:
• 2 Adult Congenital Cardiologists
• 3 Invasive/Interventional Pediatric Cardiologists
• 3 Pediatric Electrophysiologists
• 1 Heart Failure/Transplant Cardiologist
• 7 Advanced Noninvasive Imaging Cardiologists
• 4 General Pediatric Cardiologists
Our cardiovascular surgical team performs approximately 450–500 congenital cardiac surgeries annually, while our catheterization laboratories perform more than 600–650 interventional and diagnostic procedures each year.
Cook Children’s is currently undergoing a major cardiovascular expansion that will add:
• 1 additional cardiac catheterization laboratory
• 2 new cardiovascular operating suites
• Expanded echocardiography facilities
