🟢Acting as a trusted business partner toExecutive and senior leadership teams, using theirpriorities,challengesandambitions to shape practicalpeople developmentplans.
🟢Using workforce insight, businessdataand external trends toidentifywhere capability is needed most and where development can make the biggest difference.
🟢Building strong relationships acrossAnglian Water andpartner organisationssodevelopment prioritiesare joined up, relevant and clearly linked to businessoutcomes.
🟢Influencing senior stakeholders across a complex Alliance environment, helping leaders make confident decisions about people,capabilityand leadership development.
🟢Designing a development system that goes beyond stand-alone training, bringing together leadership, team effectiveness, skills,cultureand performance.
🟢Identifying current and future skills gapsthrough meaningfulstakeholder engagement,dataand a clear understanding of where the Alliance is heading.
🟢Leading the fulldevelopmentcycle, fromdiagnosis anddesign through todelivery,evaluationandmeasurable business impact.
🟢Bringing fresh thinking to how people learn and develop, testingnew approachesand focusing on what works in practice.
