Performance Manager Role
The Performance Manager enhances employee performance and drives organizational success through training, coaching, and performance management. Responsibilities include developing and executing learning programs, coaching individuals and teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in change initiatives aligning training with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with trainers and experts to improve content.
- Communicate training outcomes and address concerns with stakeholders.
- Ensure engaging and tailored learning solutions.
- Gather feedback to refine learning programs.
- Use training technologies like LMS and multimedia tools.
- Execute regional coaching plans based on KPIs and organizational goals.
- Assist in delivering diverse learning programs including leadership and onboarding.
- Enhance training with real-world examples and blended learning approaches.
- Lead workshops and foster continuous professional growth.
- Monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness.
- Build relationships with vendors and subject matter experts.
- Contribute to reducing turnover, improving tenure and promotions, enhancing engagement, and maintaining property KPIs.
Education & Experience
- Experience in employee training, coaching, and performance management, preferably in field-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of learning and development principles.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environment.
- Familiar with property management software (Entrata, RealPage, Yardi).
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
