Performance Marketing Manager - SFOs

The Role

We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and strategic Performance Marketing Manager, Single Family Offices to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for expanding our continuing to drive growth and pipeline success of the Single Family Office (SFO) segment at Addepar through >Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidates starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $94,000 - $148,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What Youll Do

• Drive SFO Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth: Build and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across performance channels (digital, paid media, email, web, etc.) to drive brand awareness, high-value lead generation, and pipeline acceleration within the Single Family Office segment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Marketing and Content teams to align on messaging and content strategy to ensure effective messaging in market.
• Optimize Campaigns through Data: Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to efficiently monitor campaign performance, deliver clear data points, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Execute High-Touch Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate a high-impact portfolio of digital activations, content distribution, and boutique event/roundtable marketing activities tailored to ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) networks.
• Serve as SFO Segment Subject Matter Expert (SME): Develop and maintain a deep understanding of family office market trends, integration requirements, and persona challenges, serving as the team's SME on how these can be leveraged across growth campaigns.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial technology, wealth management, or software industry.
• Proven experience leading and driving performance marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
• Strong project management skills specifically managing multiple growth marketing initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build interpersonal connections with internal sales collaborators and external stakeholders.
