Pharmacy Intern - Grad

At CVS Health, Graduate Pharmacy Interns support pharmacy teams to deliver excellent patient care while developing their skills for a pharmacist role. Interns apply learning from pharmacy school in real-world settings, completing a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth pharmacy operations, accurately filling prescriptions, providing caring patient service, assisting with immunizations where allowed, maintaining compliance with laws and standards, conducting inventory tasks, and supporting team performance and professional growth. Interns must possess or obtain required licensure and demonstrate strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and physical capabilities.

• Support pharmacists and technicians in managing patient health and pharmacy workflows.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following SOPs.
• Provide empathetic, personalized patient interactions including immunizations and counseling under supervision.
• Complete training and licensure requirements timely.
