Major Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage treatment and management plans appropriate for patient age and clinical condition.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies; prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions.
- Provide health promotion, disease prevention, and disease management counseling and education to patients and families.
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team; consult physicians or refer as appropriate.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and ensure compliant coding/billing.
- Facilitate coordinated care and clear communication among healthcare team members and community agencies.
- Perform office or hospital procedures per specialty practice and granted privileges.
- Participate in quality, safety, peer review activities, meetings, committees, and workgroups.
- Assist in education and onboarding of new team members, students, and other health professionals.
- Pursue continuous skill development and professional advancement.
- Maintain productivity, access, patient face-to-face time, and quality metrics.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Active PA license(s) in state(s) of practice.
- Active PA national board certification from NCCPA.
- Active DEA registration prior to hire.
- If practicing in Illinois, active Illinois Controlled Substance License prior to hire.
- Active BLS and/or ACLS, PALS, NRP as required prior to or within 6 months of hire.
- Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant.
- No experience required.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and twist continuously.
- Functional speech, vision, touch, and hearing.
- Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist, 20 lbs overhead, and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Operate necessary equipment.
Schedule Details/Additional Information:
Part-time position working Tuesday through Thursday, 7:30/8:00 am to 4:00/4:30 pm. Locations vary between West Bend, Plymouth, with occasional shifts to Hartford or Sheboygan Occupational Health.
Compensation: $50.05 - $75.10 per hour.
