We are seeking to hire a Plant Engineer Supervisor to develop a knowledge and understanding of products, systems, services, customers, and customer needs of the business area supported. The role involves conducting feasibility studies, determining manpower and cost estimates, and developing engineering criteria. The Plant Engineer Supervisor performs analyses to develop design options or recommendations for structures, systems, and components. Activities lead to new or improved products, processes, systems, or methods with significant impact potential.

What You Will Do:
Technical Mastery
- Manage daily plant maintenance operations, ensuring effective troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules
- Spare parts inventory management including identification, supplier sourcing, ordering, stock control, and vendor management
- Manage the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program
- Lead end-to-end improvement projects from ideation to implementation, commissioning, and handover to production teams
- Identify and implement cost-saving and cost-avoidance initiatives
- Utilize knowledge in DCS/SCADA Systems
- Exhibit troubleshooting expertise to minimize production downtime and identify solutions
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Develop engineering solutions to enhance machine efficiency, reliability, and reduce downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety standards in all maintenance activities and projects

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in chemical plant maintenance, engineering, or related field
- Working knowledge across Engineering disciplines including Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Control Systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- 2+ years leadership and team development experience including coaching and mentoring
- Analytical thinking with data-driven decision making
- 1+ year experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
