Role Description
The Practice Manager is a working manager or manager of managers accountable for the overall performance of the practice and its team members. The role owns all aspects of delivery across operations and technology to ensure customer satisfaction and client satisfaction. This includes planning and managing work, empowering teams, monitoring progress, and acting as an escalation point for risks and issues.
The incumbent leads client delivery, financial management, change management, risk management, stakeholder management, and quality initiatives. The role also has strong accountability for people and talent management—coaching and developing colleagues, managing performance and pay, improving engagement and retention, and building succession pipelines for key roles. Collaboration with peer managers and shared services is critical to ensure seamless client delivery.
