About the Role
New York Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver comprehensive, relationshipbased care in an outpatient setting. In this role, you will manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions while building longterm connections with your patients and supporting preventative health initiatives. You will practice within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that promotes coordinated care and efficient workflows. This opportunity is well suited for an experienced physician or resident who values continuity, patient engagement, and working within a wellsupported, teamoriented practice.

Base Salary Range: between $275,000 - $300,000 annually
