We are seeking a Principal Architect, Cloud & Application Transformation to lead the evolution of our application ecosystem—modernizing legacy platforms, accelerating cloud adoption, and enabling next-generation, AI-driven capabilities.

This role blends strategic architecture leadership with hands-on engineering and is responsible for driving application-to-cloud transformation (App → Cloud) across the enterprise.

This is a high-impact, onsite role in Overland Park, KS, partnering with executive leadership, engineering, and product teams.
Must be onsite within our Overland Park, KS office location.

What You’ll Do

• Lead cloud and application transformation strategy including App → Cloud initiatives
• Drive modernization using microservices, APIs, and event-driven architecture
• Lead design reviews, code reviews, and architecture decisions
• Develop prototypes and reference architecture
• Architect solutions across AWS
• Mentor other engineers and architects
• Champion AI/ML and >
