This is an exciting opportunity for a high potential, analytical, pro-active candidate to join the Medical Surgical Strategic Pricing Team. Reporting to the Strategic Pricing Manager Medical Surgical EurAsia, this person acts as the liaison between the Marketing and Offer Development teams for Pricing responsibilities including creation of new product pricing, scenario modeling and financial analysis. The individual will provide guidance to Marketing on fine tuning new product pricing strategies, implementing Marketing promotions, and tracking price volume initiatives.
With in-depth knowledge of company products, pricing programs, and market trends, the individual will help to establish strategic pricing processes, procedures, and pricing analytic models, and drive decision making discussions in the best interest of Medtronic as well as managing own portfolio projects protecting the value proposition of the products. The role interacts with Marketing, Shared Services, Legal, Sales, Finance and Offer Development teams during the pricing development process.
