As thePrincipal Product Ownerfor AI Enablement, you will playa central rolein turning our AI strategy intoimpact andhelpus realize the value of AI at scale.

You will lead a cross-functional teamto drive AI adoption internally across our entire software development lifecycle andplatform operational processes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• LeadingAI enablement from strategytoexecutionin partnership with Product Development Strategy& Excellence,AI Learning Area, and other key stakeholders

• Maintaining an overview ofourAI developer tool landscapeandthedevelopmentroadmap

• Taking product ownership of commonAIdeveloper toolsand supportingtheirroll-outas needede.g.GitHub Copilot, Claude Code

• Supportingthe development andadoptionofin-house AI developer tools

• ProvidingAI training and upskilling fortheentireProduct Development organizationinclosepartnership with AI Learning Areae.g.hands-on workshops, best practices sharing

• SpearheadingAI governancein Product Developmentintightpartnership with Security & Complianceteamse.g.guidance on agentic engineeringand responsible AI practices

• SupportingEngineering leadership in drivingAI adoption acrosstheentiresoftware development lifecycle

• SupportingPlatformOperations leadership inexecutinghigh-impact AI use casesacross operationalprocesses
