Team Overview
The TruIQ product team is responsible for developing and scaling a suite of SaaS solutions that enable credit-based analytics, marketing, and account management for TransUnion clients. This team operates at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Solutions, driving innovation across TransUnion’s OneTru data ecosystem. The team partners globally and supports the expansion of TruIQ capabilities across international markets. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Technical Product Management (TPM). This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
Lead the scoping, ideation, and delivery of new product capabilities and enhancements across the TruIQ SaaS product suite, supporting high-growth and revenue objectives
Partner with Sales, Solutions, Engineering, and Data Science teams to translate strategic product requirements into executable technical solutions
Drive product innovation by researching, developing, and launching new capabilities leveraging the OneTru platform
Collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate product incubation, development, and go-to-market execution across global teams
Design and deliver user-centric experiences by leveraging customer insights to build intuitive product solutions
Engage directly with customers to validate product concepts, gather feedback, and identify unmet needs while supporting sales efforts
Ensure operational readiness, scalability, and reliability of product offerings
Define and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success and continuously improve outcomes
Contribute to advancing AI and machine learning capabilities within product offerings
Required Knowledge and Experiences
10+ years of experience in product management, technical consulting, data science, or pre-sales roles
