• Develop and maintain organizational strategy and vision by coordinating multi-year planning programs.
• Partner with executive leadership to execute and monitor strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a senior escalation point and expeditor for organizational issues.
• Represent the CIO and Head of Workplace Product in firm-wide initiatives.
• Design and execute global location and resource strategies.
• Ensure alignment and effective communication across teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key leadership and external stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and reports.
• Support data collection, analysis, and presentation to inform decision-making.
• Assist in talent management initiatives including onboarding, training, and professional development.
