The role will be required to drive building and sharing best practices combined with optimal and sustainable delivery/controls framework.
As a Procedures Support and Management Manager (Vice President Business Process Mgmt Manager) within the Global Banking Client Onboarding and Services, you will manage or provide oversight to a team of technical writers providing writing support using Structured Authoring for Client Onboarding and Services teams. The team is responsible for managing the document lifecycle from creation, maintenance and archival. Your role will require high level of critical thinking, problem-solving skills to research inquiries, and recommend solutions, stakeholder management, and project management.
