Process Expert - Financial Operations
Maersk, a global leader in integrated logistics, is seeking a Process Expert - FinOps to ensure proper and timely order management, modifications, error handling, and accurate customer billing/invoicing. The role involves coordination with operations and finance teams, requiring strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and qualitative creation of Sales & Purchase orders.
- Ensure timely and qualitative Customer Invoicing.
- Ensure all Contract & Prices are in place & timely updated.
- Understand the business model of the correlation SO & PO, ensuring timely recognition of the Revenue & Cost.
- Identify & apply corrective actions on system interface & conduct necessary reconciliations.
- Maintain Volume trackers and adhere/sustain established control mechanisms.
- Meet ad hoc customer requirements/exceptions with a sense of urgency.
- Ensure SOP and service level agreements are prepared and maintained for all processes handled.
- Take ownership in building & maintaining Visual management Systems as per Process Excellence standards.
Required Education/Work Experience
- 2 years experience in Finance & Accounting/Procurement within Logistics (Shipping, Forwarding, Supply Chain Operations).
- Graduate with any bachelor's degree.
- 1 year experience using SAP or similar tools.
- Willing to work on morning schedule and hybrid working arrangement.
