Full-time / Onsite (5 days/week) / ~25% Travel
Were hiring Product & Deployment Engineers to deploy production AI agents inside some of the worlds largest logistics companies.
You will work directly with customer operators, engineers, and executives to understand how critical workflows actually run, then design and ship AI systems that automate them. One week, you may be reverse engineering a legacy transportation management system with no documentation. The next week, you may be debugging production failures onsite with a Fortune 500 customer and shipping fixes the same day.
This is a uniquely high-leverage engineering role. Youll sit at the intersection of product, infrastructure, and customer operations, owning deployments from the first integration through production scale. The problems are messy, ambiguous, and highly consequential.
The engineers who thrive here enjoy operating in the real world. They care more about delivering outcomes than building perfect abstractions, and theyre excited by the challenge of making complex systems work in environments they dont fully control.

The estimated salary range for this role is $160,000$200,000, depending on experience and skill set. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity, benefits, and growth opportunities. Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including experience, qualifications, and location.

We are an in-person company. Our offices in San Francisco and New York City are where ideas get built, decisions get made, and the team gets stronger. Most of our team works in office five days a week. For select roles, we hire remotely across the U.S. Remote employees come to San Francisco for their first week to onboard and meet the team, and we cover the full trip. Most remote employees visit once a year after that, with all travel, lodging, and meals on us.
