Team/Role Overview:
As part of Citi’s Services Line of Business, Investor Services is a global business that provides Custody, Fund Services, Issuer Services and Execution Services to global asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, banks and financial intermediaries.
Within Investor Services, the Data & Client Platform team runs the data and reporting products and is responsible for building the future of data for Investor Services which includes cloud technologies. This team seeks an experienced Vice President Product Manager (Product Developer) to join our Tampa team to manage client requests.

Role Summary
A visionary product leader responsible for defining and executing the strategy for our next-generation, AI-first data platform. This role will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, driving the transition from manual data operations to intelligent, autonomous systems. The ultimate goal is to deliver Data as a Product, enabling scalable, real-time, and frictionless client data delivery through innovative APIs and cloud ecosystems like Snowflake.
Strategic Objectives
Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and champion a compelling product vision for an autonomous, self-service data platform. Define the product roadmap by identifying high-value market opportunities, conducting competitive analysis, and ensuring tight alignment with overarching business goals.
Intelligent Data Products: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative "Data as a Product" offerings. This includes creating intelligent APIs that anticipate client needs and leveraging cloud data platforms like Snowflake for secure, on-demand data sharing.
AI-Driven Platform Automation: Drive the architectural vision for a self-optimizing data ecosystem. Champion the strategic application of AI/ML to enhance data quality, automate operational workflows (e.g., ingestion, reconciliation, validation), and create a resilient, low-touch environment.
Client & Developer Experience: Obsess over the end-user experience for both external clients and internal developers. Define requirements for AI-powered tools, such as copilots and chatbots, to simplify data discovery, enhance support, and accelerate development cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from market analysis and requirements gathering through to go-to-market strategy, launch, and iteration. Establish a framework for continuous user feedback and improvement to achieve product-market fit.
Strategic Roadmapping: Define and communicate a clear product roadmap that prioritizes high-impact automation and data product opportunities. Articulate the "why" behind product decisions and effectively balance long-term strategic initiatives with short-term deliverables.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing to deliver a cohesive and market-leading product experience. Foster a culture of innovation and automation, influencing stakeholders across the organization to adopt an AI-first, product-led mindset.
Data Intelligence & Value Proposition: Leverage AI to generate actionable insights into client behavior and predict future data demand. Develop strategies for data productization and clearly define the value proposition and potential monetization models for new data offerings.
