The Product Owner - Operations role is based in Boston, MA / Windsor, CT / Evansville, IN with a hybrid work model. The successful candidate will lead innovation in investment operations technology by developing and executing operations product strategy, driving automation and reconciliation improvements within Singularity, a next-generation cloud-based AI-powered platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operations product strategy to improve automation and reconciliation within Singularity.
- Analyze market opportunities and industry directions to enhance machine learning and operational efficiency.
- Lead product design initiatives using Azure DevOps, Confluence, Balsamiq, and other tools.
- Collaborate with technical architecture, development, and data science teams to optimize machine learning models.
- Define and maintain the product backlog aligned with business goals.
- Provide thought leadership in reconciliation strategies using machine learning and automation technologies.
- Influence operational design to drive continuous process improvements and user experience enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of investment operations, reconciliations, and automation strategies.
- Experience with machine learning applications in financial operations.
- Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps, Confluence, Balsamiq, and similar product design tools.
- Knowledge of investment processing workflows for various securities classes.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills with technology and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree with 6 years related experience or Master's degree with 4 years related experience.
