PMO
PayPay is seeking a PMO team member to join a vibrant multi-disciplined team.
The teams main responsibility is to oversee PayPays engineering teams project portfolio.
Within the team each member is assigned to one, or more, PayPay product lines and is required to roll up their sleeves and directly manager large complicated projects and also those need an extra bit of help.
The PMO teams motto is not just a spare pair of hands; keeping this in mind, each member is expected to add value as well as create value by identifying opportunities for improvement in operational practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilise existing dashboards to understand the product portfolio
- Manage strategically important programs and projects
- Manage and support quarterly product roadmap planning and execution
- Provide regular progress reports to management
- Contribute to the PMO team with new ideas and enhancements to working practices
- Train and develop the project management skills of the wider team within PayPay
- Rollout company initiatives to the product lines assigned to you

Qualifications
- [Project Management Experience]
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- At least 3 years of program management experience
- Exposure to portfolio management
- Experience managing large-scale, complex projects. - [Related Degrees or Certifications]
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, computer science, mathematics, or an equivalent field
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management/PMO certification - [Problem-Solving Skills]
- Systematic and disciplined approach utilising established methodologies - [Tool Proficiency]
- Working knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project and JIRA. - [Language Skills]
- Japanese (native language)
- English (conversational-level)

There are no fixed rules regarding office attendance in Product group; it depends on each individual's discretion.
Work Hours
- Super Flex Time (No Core Time)
- In principle, 9:00am-5:45pm + 1h break (actual working hours: 7h45m + 1h break)
