At Indian River State College, you will support students, staff, and faculty by managing and enhancing programs within the School of Continuing Education. This role involves program oversight, report writing, website maintenance, curriculum development, recruitment, marketing, event planning, budgeting, contract management, and training evaluations. The position requires flexibility with work hours and occasional travel to branch campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and oversee SCE programs to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
• Maintain communication with students, clients, and instructors; manage recruitment and training efforts.
• Plan marketing strategies and special events; create proposals to secure outside funding.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and prepare business reports.
• Conduct training programs and evaluate their effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, management, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent program coordination experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; public speaking experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, sales, marketing, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
• Valid Florida driver's license required.

This is a temporary position with benefits. Salary starts at $43,005.22 annually, commensurate with education and experience.
