
Change Management is looking to recruit a talented Project Manager to support a programme of ongoing improvements to the existing operating platform. This role would focus initially on improvements to help facilitate the onboarding of additional assets for the Mercer Direct Investment Unit (DIU) to manage as well as changes to improve scalability/reduce operational risk. You will work closely with internal stakeholders within Investments/Operations as well as internal Engineering teams and third-party vendors. The role will focus on helping to ensure there is a clear implementation plan for the programme of improvements which is tracked over time and delivers the key milestones needed to support business growth.
This is a hybrid working role, based out of our London office 3 days per-week.
