In this role, youll partner with several of our core business teams to translate complex ideas into structured, actionable plans. Youll ensure projects are clearly scoped, broken down into well-defined tasks, and delivered on time, within budget, and to a quality standard that raises the bar across the business.
As a Project Manager, youll be the connective tissue between key business stakeholders and the teams executing the work. Youll also play a critical role in bridging operational needs with product and technical priorities creating a smooth, structured, and proactive communication flow across departments.
Your role and responsibilities
Project Planning & Scoping
- Break down complex business problems and ideas into clear project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and success measures.
- Conduct structured analysis to inform project assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate scoping sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and expected outcomes.
- Build detailed project plans that balance strategic intent with operational practicality.
Execution & Delivery Management
- Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring they land on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Track progress against key milestones, proactively identifying slippage, bottlenecks, or risks.
- Drive disciplined follow-through on priorities and commitments, ensuring all actions are completed and communicated.
- Maintain a high-quality audit trail of decisions, updates, and changes to ensure clarity and accountability.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as the central coordination point between business leaders, product teams, technical teams, and other delivery units.
- Ensure all stakeholders receive timely, concise, and accurate updates on project status, risks, and next steps.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, helping teams stay aligned on the bigger picture while managing the detail.
- Navigate competing priorities and constraints with strong communication, diplomacy, and judgment.
