We leverageBuilding Information Modeling (BIM) as an integrated digital process to enhance engineering workflows and project execution. By adopting BIM, the organization increases its value proposition to customers through improved collaboration, data accuracy, and efficiency across the entire project lifecycle.
Howyou’llmake an impact
Lead and coordinate the primary (electromechanical) scope to ensure the integrity and correct function of the substation system, including conceptual design support and equipment implementation.
Leading and coordinating teams across all engineering disciplines (bothinhouseand outsourced) for conventional projects with moderately complex features, when required by the situation. Leading singleor multidiscipline engineering teams
Prepare and review technical specifications andvalidateequipment.
Ensure 3D design/models, coordinating and resolving interferences between civil and electromechanical disciplines.
Ensure compliance with CEI/IEC/EN standards, Italian grid codes, and Hitachi Energy QHSErequirements;drive design quality and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with civil and secondary engineers to ensure complete interfaces,proper cable routingconstructability
Support the project team with claims related to changes in the primary scope, assessing cost, time impacts, and risks whilemaintainingcustomer satisfaction through continuous dialogue and excellent service.
Collaborate with engineering colleagues to share best practices and develop leadership, coordination, and communication skills, upholding core values of safety, integrity, and quality.
Support the development of project deliverables during the tender phase by coordinating and preparing documentation, creating engineering estimates, and performing risk assessments prior to submission
Support installation, testing, and commissioning: respond to site queries, review as-builts, andfacilitatecustomer handover.
Engage customers asa trusted technical partner: clarify requirements, present solutions, and capture lessons learned for future projects.
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering ora relatedfield.
Solidtrack recordin electromechanical design of substations (AIS or GIS)
Relevant High Voltage Apparatus experience and knowledge.
BIM/3Dmethodologyknowledge will be a plus.
Commitment to safety and adherence to workplace safetyguide-lines, combined witha high levelof self-motivation and curiosity fornew technologies.
Collaborative andsolutions-oriented approach, withstrong communicationskills and knowledge of power systems, renewable energy, transmissionsystems.
Proficiencyin both written and spoken English and Italian(mandatory). Anyadditionallanguages will be appreciated

The minimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows:
Starting from: 32,000 € gross annual
The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
