Chubb Personal Risk Services is seeking an Agency Sales Manager (ASM) for the Schaumburg Branch to manage and grow new client acquisition with assigned tier 1 and 2 agents and brokers in Northern Illinois, primarily in the Chicagoland area. Responsibilities include developing agency assessments and business plans, new client acquisition, pipeline development and management, analyzing new business trends, supporting assigned agencies with sales matters, and collaborating with multiple internal departments. The ASM will work in partnership with an Agency Relationship Manager (ARM) and report to the VP Personal Lines Manager. The role involves frequent travel within the assigned territory and requires strong sales acumen, adaptability, and results orientation. Education and experience requirements include a bachelor's degree (preferred) and 2+ years of experience.
