**Responsibilities:**
- Drive buses safely and smoothly, ensuring passenger safety and comfort.
- Provide excellent customer service, welcoming passengers and assisting with their needs.
- Operate flexible shift patterns, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Maintain a courteous and patient attitude towards passengers and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with all road safety and company policies.
**Qualifications:**
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a valid PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) license.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Possess a patient, safe, and courteous approach to driving.
- Positive attitude, commitment to customer service, and willingness to learn.

**Additional Compensation Details:**
- Hourly Rate during training: £14.60
- Overtime Rate: £16.50 per hour for hours above 42 per week
- Joining Bonus: £2000, paid as follows:
- £500 after 1 month of service
- £500 after 3 months of service
- £500 after 6 months of service
- £500 after 9 months of service
- Annual earnings of approximately £30,500 based on a 42-hour workweek
